Smiley face – Gregg Araki’s movie

Yesterday, I saw “Smiley face”, a Gregg Araki’s film. After Jane, a young actress who is a raging pothead, unknowingly eats her roommate’s pot cupcakes, her day becomes a series of misadventures. She tryes to cross the town to pay a bad dealer. She has also an audition. A guy who loves her, tries to help her during this strange trip. Jane is afraid of her roomate, a boy who never did nothing against her. A word, a look or a noise terrifies her. Jane has difficulties to concentrate. The drug made her lazy and paranoiac.

Quite funny film 🙂

Marijuana can help against pain. But some scientists say that after consume marijuana, people can have confused perception, muscular weakness, heart fluttering, difficulties to concentrate and feel anxiety and timorous suspicion, in other words, paranoia. And what about fragile or predisposed people?
