Beef slices with chinese cabbage and tofu – really good – in a spicy sauce 20€ :

Perfumed sautéed rabbit 10€ yum ! yum ! :

Little SHANGHAI brioches 6€ (be careful when you keep a brioche, don’t make an hole. There is a delicious juice in !) :

Waiters are OK. You need to wait after you have ordered.
Be patient ! the kitchen is small. You can order by phone before to come.
Or come earlier than others.

That is a really good Chinese food ! All or almost clients are Chinese. And you know, Chinese people like to eat good food 😉

Gan Chao da chang  干炒大肠 I did like it !

  4. Dear Chefs and bosses of Nouveau Qiao JiangNan in Paris.

    I’m a Singaporean. I came to Nouveau Qiao JiangNan in Nov 2007. The dish that i had never try in my life was your speciality “Gan Choa Da Zhang”. The taste was very great and unforgettable. If i could remember correctly it cooked with dried chilli. The taste of this dish was really fantastic. I really love this dish very much and crazy for it since i back to Singapore after mid Nov 07.

    If i got chance to go Paris again, I will definitely come back to this place for this dish.

    I would like to see if you could attach the “Gan Chao Da Zhang” picture on this wedsite. so that i can recommand to those eater who loved to eat “Da Zhang” on this special dish.

    However, I would be highly appreciated if you could give me some advice of the recipe of this “Gan Choa Da Zhang” so that I could try to make it at home if possible, as I’m staying in Singapore, very far away. Also, currently I’m pregnant, and I’m craving for it very very much, and hope that i could have it in Singapore. But, unfortunately, non of Taiwan/China restaurant in Signapore do cooked this dish. (very disappointed)

    If you could grant my request, I’m really really much appreciated and will never forget your kindness to allow my craving on this special dish.

    The next time, I’ll go there I will eat “Gan Chao Dan Zhang” and will take pics for my site.
